Can you believe that John McCain had an affair with a lobbyist?!?!?! Yeah me too, is there anyone in Washington this side of well, anyone, that is above suspicion for infidelity? It is also nice to see that the NY Times is back to its usual stance of running stories without any evidence, I'm sure Jayson Blair and Wen Ho Lee are nodding their heads in approval somewhere.
Another fantastic story is that the Tennessee GOP was including a photo of Obama wearing regional garb during a trip to Somalia and referring to his full name in every press release it sent out. I forget what his middle name was though, either Anthony or Hussein, whatever. Anyways it's always pleasant to see that campaigning can go grassroots; grassroots being tactics similar to ones I used to win an office my senior year at Sacred Heart High School. I gathered all of my integrity and then attacked my opponent for "having too many consonants in her last name", true story. If we were going to rank that Somalian style photo I'd say its impact would be a bit closer to this picture...

My roommate Aaron & I ran for student govt in college, and I think one of our slogans was: FROM TROUBLED TIMES COMES TROUBLED LEADERSHIP. I got a senate seat despite myself. Oops.
Do you think this Tuesday's primaries will clarify things on the Dems side? Or is this going all the way to the convention? Personally, my worst nightmare is having the Dems bash each other until the fall, and the Republican candidate winning out. Yeeks.
Sweet pictures. I have seen that before. The media loves to make George Bush look stupid, and I can't really blame them. It just seems so easy to make him look like a fool these day. The next election coverage has been pretty insane, with the election so far off it is pretty ridiculous that it already gets so much attention.
Those pictures were hilarious. Theres old George W looking ridiculous yet again. Yea it has been an interesting election, John McCain is looking good for the repulican party still, but we all know being a republican his chances of winning are slim.
